Student needs a minimum GPA 2.0, will need to write an additional essay about their commitment to social justice. Four awards at $400 each.
Recipients may use funds for tuition, fees, textbooks, parking, other.

GEORGE FLOYD SCHOLARSHIP ESSAY INSTRUCTIONS:
Please respond to one of the following prompts (minimum 500 word response required):
A) What should social justice leadership look like when considering the legal system, police departments, and school systems?
B) What is your earliest experience in dealing with bias, race, and/or social injustice? What key lessons did you take away from it? Why?
C) How can you contribute to a meaningful social justice change considering your personal life, academic life, and professional life?
